Exchange and Refund Policy

If a purchased product has manufacture defects, damaged/wrong product delivered, please contact

us within 7 working days of receiving your item(s). We will do our best to resolve the matter by

replacing the product – this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

If you need to return the products because wrong products or a product has been mis-described on

the website and provided that the product is returned with reasonable care having been taken.

ScanNGo will offer you a refund based on the mode of payment.

For return product, you will need to include any of the following that came together with your item:

  • Free gifts
  • Warranties
  • Manual
  • Any other accessories

Returns are not applicable for the following products;

  • All products under Riding Gear category (subjecting to manufacture defects)
  • All products under Clearance category (subjecting to manufacture defects)
  • All beverages (Alcoholic/Non Alcoholic)
  • All customise products (subjecting to manufacture defects)

NOTE : If you return an item that does not meet the above requirements for returns, we reserve the
